If you book an artist via FMA, you are assured of a secure payment.
* You pay the booking amount directly to FMA, and this is held securely in an escrow account,
* Payment to the artist is processed no later than two days after the performance,
* Should an artist cancel or fail to show up, you will always receive a full refund,

Cancellation
It is possible to cancel a booking. The amount of any refund depends on the artist's cancellation policy. The applicable terms and conditions can be found in the booking agreement.
