No-obligation request
When you find an act that suits your event, you can send a message directly to the professional or their representative. A request is entirely without obligation; you are under no obligation whatsoever.

Multiple requests

You may submit multiple requests at the same time. This is particularly recommended when the event date is in the short term. This increases the chance of a suitable act being available.
For a subsequent request, you can easily reuse previously entered details, which is very convenient.

Artist response time
Professionals usually respond to a request within 4 hours and within 24 hours at the latest. The professional can:
* Approve the request immediately,
* Send a chat message for more information,
* Make a proposal,
* Reject a request.

The FMA professional's profile immediately displays whether an act is available on the desired date. In some cases, a professional's schedule may not be fully up-to-date, meaning an act turns out to be unavailable after all. Additionally, a professional may choose not to perform at a specific type of event. Chat message from the artist

Performances are sometimes custom-made. Therefore, an artist may request additional information before a proposal is issued. All practical matters and wishes can easily be coordinated via the chat function within FMA.

Proposal from the artist
When the professional has sufficient information, you will receive an 'official' proposal. You will receive an email notification of this. You can then decide whether you wish to definitively book the act. You can find a clear overview of all proposals you have received in your personal FMA dashboard under Requests. The booking only becomes final after the fee has been paid via FMA. From that moment on, a binding agreement exists between you and the professional.
