In March 2020, the world suddenly came to a standstill. Corona arrived and paralyzed the creative industry as well. Assignments disappeared, productions were halted, and many creative professionals found themselves in great uncertainty. We therefore decided to take immediate action. In a very short time, we built a platform where creative professionals could present themselves for free to our continuously growing business and private network. Without a revenue model, but driven by a love for art, creativity, and connection, a platform emerged that makes talent visible and brings people together. Our professionals were quickly found and were able to get to work—at that time mostly online or in an adapted manner. The client got their professional, and the professional got work again. A win-win situation. By now, many clients find our platform, and we are a preferred supplier for many of them.

What is our goal?
Simple: to provide the client with quality and customization, and to let talented professionals do what they are good at. Also, know that we have been active for over 40 years, long before this platform saw the light of day. So, we know what we are talking about. FMA was therefore born out of love and passion for all creative professionals trying to build a livelihood through hard work. That is why we see it as our mission to support this driven group more powerfully than ever. And at the same time, to serve our clients with all those motivated, talented, and driven professionals.
